Resilience is very important - reflections over the paper entitled "From homeless to Ph.D.: How I found my way into research" I read this very interesting article in the Science journal. I meant to share a summary and personal impressions about it. The article talks about the journey of Emma Xu, who overcame significant challenges to pursue a career in academic research.
